Hello and Welcome to Nani's Cakery​

My name is Dawn.  I was born in New Jersey and raised in California and I have been in the Central Valley for over 22  years. I am a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and have been baking and doing custom cakes and confections for over 25 years.  I am the mother to 3 beautiful children and Nani to 2 beautiful Granddaughters.

Besides baking and entertaining, I love the outdoors.  I love to fish, hike, garden, camp and explore as well as staying in the kitchen all day cooking, baking and creating.  I love to travel and  go to new places to get my ideas and inspirations.

All of my confections are created with the finest ingredients including sweet cream butter, Gherardlli and Sharffen Berger  Chocolates, pure Madagascar  Bourbon Vanilla, and the freshest fruits, vegetables and natural citrus zests.

I look forward to creating my cakes and confections for my clients, both family and corporate and their special events.
